Pro Lure 65mm PADDLE GRUB

The Pro Lure Paddle Grub 65 is an exceptionally versatile soft bait. Fish can attack it aggressively at any level of the water column.

You can weight it up and bounce the bottom. You can also work the top water and explore everything in between.

The combination of shape and technique has met with huge success around structure for extra-large bream.

The Pro Lure Paddle Grub 65 was designed especially for this technique. It has only served to further our passion for fishing the surface.

How and Where to use the PADDLE GRUB
Find classic estuarine structure and work it, both natural and man-made.

If there is the slightest hint that your chosen spot holds fish, a few casts of the Pro Lure Paddle Grub 65 will prove it either way.

Weight lightly and work the immediate sub-surface. Don’t be afraid to use a heavy jig head and bounce the bottom.

Of course, this is your go to lure for ‘pink grubbing’. A slow roll is perfect on the surface.

PADDLE GRUB TIPS

  • Rig it on an un-weighted jig hook or weedless worm hook and flick it around structure, weed flats, jetties, pontoons, or deep into mangroves and over hanging branches
  • Take care to avoid a fast retrieve. The grub shaped body and paddle shaped tail create plenty of swim action, even at a very slow retrieve
